Dear Fridley Family and Friends,
We had high hopes of being able to offer an in person worship experience in our sanctuary on Thanksgiving Eve/Eve, Tuesday, November 24th.
Due to the surge in Covid infections, we think it is wise to postpone our in person worship for a later date.
“It is a good thing to give thanks to the Lord our God.” This current time has been challenging to “gather together to ask the Lord’s blessings.”
Many of our friends are lamenting how different Thanksgiving will be this year from years past. We grieve and sorrow these lost opportunities and connections.
With smaller tables set, and smaller gatherings meeting, may we always be thankful for the table God prepares for us, in the presence of our adversaries and viruses.
Whatever the storm or the surge, we have a Savior in our midst, that promises to lead us through. We rejoice to be part of the family God has promised to build. The gates of panic, paralysis and pandemics will not prevail against what Jesus Christ is building!
Grace and Peace from a thankful heart,

 ~ Pastor Wayne Swanson
